World Fair Buildings Destroyed In Fire At White City
A major blaze devastated the World’s Fair complex in White City Curcaco on January 9. The Casino Music Hall and Peristyle suffered heavy damage along with the Hall of Manufactures and Liberal Arts. Losses include the Manufacturers’ building valued at 1.7 million dollars and other structures. origins point to vagrant arson after two vagabonds were expelled from Music Hall.
