It claims the product is the genuine article from the Syrup of Figs Co and widely trusted by families. It advises using only the genuine Syrup and consulting physicians for actual diseases.

All subscribers should read this law. It covers continuing subscriptions by default, discont inuation procedures, failure to collect papers, moving without notice, and presumed fraud. It notes penalties for nonpayment and rear arrears, and allows arrest for fraud under postal law if papers are not paid after advance payment.

The HV Firm of Foltz and Hays dissolved by mutual consent on January 18, 1806. William D. Hays retires. The business continues under John B. Foltz who assumes all outstanding obligations and will receive all payments.

The estate of G. R. Walker advertises a full line of coffins cases burial robes and undertaker supplies with orders promptly filled J A Ovc R an Winnemucca July 28 1894.
Dr Hedley, claiming to be of the estate of C I Melnitosh, insolvent debtor, filed a creditor list with amounts due and pro rata share at Humboldt County Clerk's office. Creditors have fifteen days after first publication to object why the statement should not be accepted and the distribution made per its contents. Dated Feb 21, 1896.
The Humboldt County Commissioners invite bids for a carload of coal. Bids must be filed with the Clerk by 8 o clock Monday. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. L. F. Dunn, Clerk.
County Auditor J J Hill presents the quarterly report of Humboldt County finances for the quarter ending December 31, 1805. The document lists cash in the county treasury, funds apportioned to bond redemption, judge's salary, general road, indigent sick, contingent, various school funds, and county building funds, with amounts attributed to Winnemucca, Spring Valley, Floyd, Rye Patch, and others. County Treasurer P Laverga verifies the cash and fund apportionments.
