The Second Judicial District of Nevada Humboldt County orders the sale of all real estate of Alex Wise, deceased, to pay debts. Creditors First National Bank Winnemucca and John Harrison petition for sale. a hearing is set for January 18, 1897 at 10 a.m. in Winnemucca. Publication to run four weeks in the Silver State and Winnemucca papers.
