In yesterday's senate session McCullough's transportation bill passed 12 to 2 while Flannigan's health measure on sheep disease was parsed. Other actions include a reconsidered vote on Assembly bill No. 6, governor approval of a law compilation act, and several bills referred to committees. An assembly relief act for D F Abel and restrictions on state employees practicing medicine were noted, as well as mileage for armory rents and other fiscal measures. Humboldt Lodge notice and a local horse owner notice conclude the items.
