Advertisement extols Syrup of Figs as a harmless laxative that cleanses the system by acting on the kidneys liver and bowels. It claims quick relief from colds headaches fevers and constipation and notes it is sold by druggists in 50 cent and 1 dollar bottles. The California Fig Syrup Company is named as the manufacturer and warns against substitutes.
Wickets sold and baggage moved to eastern points aboard Travelers Insurance tickets. J. A. Ferraro serves as agent for the ticketing arrangement and transit services.
