Damage Suit Against Southern Pacific
Robert Cleator intends to sue the Southern Pacific Railroad Company for 25000 damages over an July incident during the Ep worth League excursion. He was ejected from a moving train on the Port Costa side after taking the wrong car, suffering a dislocated hip and other injuries. He was treated in San Francisco and may have permanent injuries. the case may be tried in the Erie States District Court at caseon.
