Mill City Fire Suspect Held After Incendiary Blaze
A second Mill City barn fire yesterday afternoon damaged a barn owned by Peter Organ and several outbuildings with hay losses. Officials say fires appear incendiary. a suspect named Chas Fisher known as Whiskers was found and jailed. He will be sent to Reno mental hospital after being judged sane.
