Naturalized citizens must present proof of naturalization. Registry Agent for Precinct No 1 Hustrinet No 1 Humbolt County Nevada Lovelock July 2 1896.
Sealed bids for general repair of the County Jail must be filed with the County Clerk by September 12 1896. Bids addressed to Chairman County Commissioners Winnemucca Humboldt County Nevada. The Board may reject any or all bids. July 21 1896.
