An advertisement touts Scott s Emulsion as a superior tonic for thin children promising growth strength plumpness and comfort. It emphasizes hypophosphites of lime and soda as a working combination and notes the product costs $1.00 and is available at all druggists with Scott & Bowne as chemists in New York.
The advertisement promotes Chamberlain's Eye Skin Ointment for eczema tetter and other skin diseases with instant relief and claims permanent cure. It lists uses for itch piles to sore skin and offers it at 25 cents per box. Also pitches Dr Cady's Condition Powders for horses as tonic purifier and vermifuge.
Rail line advertises daily Winnemucca to Chicago in 61 1 2 hours, St Louis 61 hours, Omaha 46 1 2 hours, St Paul 61 hours, Denver 38 hours with through Pullman and dining services. Also promotes Cascareta Candy Cathartic and health cures, ribbons, and latest fashions from New York stores. Includes agent contact in Winnemucca and Salt Lake City.
