Schools Opened With Increased Attendance and New Faculty
Our schools opened Monday with higher attendance than last year. The town school enrollment reached 189 pupils, including the grades and high school. Miss Bessie Carr joins as intermediate teacher and Miss Clara Frantz now leads the primary department. A fully equipped agriculture lab opens in the high school. Trustee Frantz secured a strong instructor corps, and the district notes a contrast to past travel hardships, with bus transport now common for rural students.

Automobile Mixup Near Roann Causes Minor Injuries
