W L Rantz will depart soon to resume studies at the American College of Medicine and Surgery in Chicago. The four year program includes lectures recitations and lab work with clinical hospital experience at a major medical district campus opposite Cook County Hospital. Willie Landis of Claypool will enter the college at the opening of the next term for a course in Medicine and Surgery.

Henry Correll born in Canada April 9 1828 died September 11 1903 aged 75 years 5 months 2 days. He moved from Canada to Pennsylvania then to this state where he resided. Friends met September 13 at Gospel Hill residence and Rev. Miner led funeral services. Interment at Gospel Hill cemetery.
