Stickel born July 31 1830 in Sharonville Ohio died August 24 1898 aged 68 years 22 days He moved to near Silver Lake in 1862 with his brother in law He married Hannah Amanda Sebring April 10 1804 They had three sons and five daughters all living except two children He joined the Lutheran church in 1875 and remained a member Author and obituary notes his patient suffering and long life Funeral at his residence conducted by Roy Brinkman of Chicago Burial in Hill cemetery The piece ends with a brief life advice Do what thy hand findeth to do with all thy might.
