Colusa California resident Joe Trobbiek writes of fifteen years of crippling rheumatism saying Electric Potters cured him after a few bottles. He claims relief extended to liver and kidney troubles and general debility with guaranteed satisfaction.
Local readers are invited to order Sunday papers from L. W. Myers. Social updates note Mrs. Jacob Haney’s return from St. Louis and visits of John Fitton and family. Miss Lela Ream visits the Fittons and Jontzs while Mildred Donaldson visits Warenaw friends. Bread specials at Masurers Restaurant offer six loaves for 25 cents. Various locals including Ottis Dick, Foss Shipley and the Linn sisters attend gatherings at Pearson and Baidge homes. Bardock tonic offered at a dollar bottle for 25 cents. Mrs. W. E. Hand and children return to Argos after a week near town. A. L. Herendeen returns from Chicago for a fishing stay. Swatz enjoys returning home and is welcomed.

Local letters invite subscribers to the RECORD. Many townspeople and visitors shown, with church, lake trips, and social happenings.
Several weeks elapsed as residents visited North Manchester relatives. Attended the funeral of Mrs. Henry Milice at Warsaw M E Church. Mrs. Milice aged 64, cousin to the Hommans. Mrs. Scott and Lars from Goshen stayed with Rev D F Kain family amid Mrs. Kain's improving health. Home made ice cream at Manner's. Minnie Weirick and Bella Shield visited J F Skinner home, Shield stayed. Ethel Skinner accompanied Weirick home. Mentone trips by Zimmie QC Stout with Grandma Maker, the latter returning pleased with Silver Lake visit. Swibart and Gresso visited Roann and watched Roann vs Urleans. Scihazt fondly recalls old home while preferring Silver Lake living.
