Sudden Death Of Mrs Marilla Leckrone On Railroad Track
Mrs Marilla Leckrone aged about 60 collapsed and died of heart failure while walking toward her east town home near the stave factory. She had been out on an errand to the Snyder place and was found between rails. funeral at German Baptist Church six miles east conducted by Rev Shroyer. The obituary notes she and her husband were well regarded in the community.
