Correction to bridge dispute on Tracy ditch

Rural carrier William Wiley testifies in Pleasant township about a bridge over Tracy ditch that was out for six weeks. A temporary bridge existed on Mrs. Olinger land for four weeks until trespass warnings, with Wiley claiming he redistributed two planks after finding them displaced.
