Death of Seven Teen Weirick From Consumption Near Palestine
Mies Blanche Weirick about seventeen died at one Tuesday morning at her parents home near Palestine after a long illness from consumption. Her sister Mrs. J. F. Skinner of this place, with her husband and daughter Ethel, were summoned. The funeral was held from the home on Tuesday afternoon at one, with services by Rev. Titus Hill at Union Church.

Farm resident hurt by fence fall near town
Thomas Gamble on his farm south of town slipped climbing a fence about two weeks ago. A rail struck his side causing injuries near a broken rib. He is now able to move but cannot do much work yet.

Union Revival Meetings Enter Fourth Week at Local Church
The Union Revival Meetings continue in their fourth week at M. S. Or Church with growing public interest. Attendance rises, spectators discuss the event, and several have been reclaimed or converted.
