General Ordinance grants Samuel B Flora and heirs authority to build own and operate an electric lighting system in Silver Lake Indiana for 25 years. System to use Main Street and related alleys with poles height at least sixteen feet and rates set for residential and business lamps. If not maintained the town may require removal and purchase of infrastructure. Contractor to accept terms within 30 days and commence construction by April 15 1906 with operation by January 1 1907.
