Death of Mrs Rebecca A Collett at Local Home

Mrs Rebecca A Collett aged nearly 75 died Sunday morning at her home after a week with Brights disease. Born in Ohio in 1840, she moved with her family to Liberty Mills as a child and married Robert Collet. Surviving children include Howard, Nettie, Laura, Nathan, Schuyler, and James, with services held at home then at Pleasant Grove Church and burial nearby.

Marion Isenberger Dead at 21 in Packerton Area

Marion Isenberger son of Mr and Mrs George Isenberger died at the parental home near Packerton Monday after a long illness from tuberculosis. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Brethren church five miles east, with burial in a nearby cemetery. The Isenberger family were well known in the vicinity and resided southwest of the area for years.

Levi Gresso, about 64, was found dead in bed at his brother Peter Gresso’s Liberty Mills home where he had lived for years. He had suffered asthma for some time. The family found him deceased shortly before daybreak, with death believed to have occurred quietly in his room.

Mrs Catherine Garman died at her daughter’s home northeast of town after a six month illness. Born May 1810 in Lehigh County Pennsylvania, she married John Adams Garman January 4 1859 and had six children.
