Cobre Board declines Hound Dog missile gift

Five children taken from parents after starved to death
In Miami a 3 year old boy died of malnutrition and his five siblings were placed in protective custody. Judge Dixie Chastain ordered the children kept away from their mother and jailed father for at least 30 days.
