Mother Teresa Speaks to El Paso Youth at Civic Center
Mother Teresa of Calcutta addressed about 5,000 teenagers and parents at the El Paso Civic Center. Catholic Youth Department of the Diocese of El Paso organized the event as the opening act of the Bicentennial Celebration with plans for future youth events and a diocesan convention in November 1976. She urged love for the poor and caring for parents amid modern rushing and household disruption.
