Albuquerque officials say four students were disenrolled after failing to meet state immunization rules. An APS spokesman noted 23 were suspended earlier, 17 met requirements, and two moved away, leaving four disenrolled. Another 4,600 are noncurrent on records, with questions about booster shot requirements.

East Las Vegas School Board voted to discontinue the federal Title VII bilingual program amid claims of racism by Manuel Archuleta, a representative for parents, who accused the board of acting behind closed doors and serving a wealthy white community.
