Montoya Says IRS Audit Ongoing
Senator Joseph Montoya of New Mexico says he remains audited by the Internal Revenue Service. He has turned over records but has not received feedback and notes no investigation into his income beyond the audit. Stab Victim Dies Saturday in Espanola
In Espanola, 62 year old Lucy Serna died from stab wounds to the chest and a throat wound. Police chief A B Valdez says the body was found Saturday at her home by her brother James Serna. Three sisters Lula Salany Loria Romero Mary Vigil and two brothers Joe Vigil Canyon City and Billy Vigil Junction City were listed as survivors. Funeral arrangements are pending with Curtis Bright Funeral Home.
