Legislative and Council Shakeups Sweep New Mexico Politics
Major changes loom in three interim legislative committees as New Mexico government heads toward a reshuffle. The LFC LEC and LSSC face vacancies, with House and Senate members named for potential chairmanships and replacements. Planning includes exits from activists and possible new rosters amid talks on rotation and children's code work. A separate grant of 37,000 dollars to UNM Geology and Institute of Meteoritics funds Mars composition research.
