Silver City reports that Women's Aglow Fellowship will host a luncheon on March 24 at 1 45 a.m at the Holiday Motor Hotel with Carole Conner of El Paso as speaker. Conner, a music leader and director for the local group, is active in counseling and deaf sign language ministry. The Wyoming Council on the Arts invites visual artists poets prose writers and filmmakers to apply for the 1977 78 Arts in Schools residencies and workshops funded by the National Endowment for the Arts.
