Deliveries Jan 11–20 rose 41 percent from early January but stayed 15 percent below year earlier levels with a 10-day supply and 11 plants shut. Burgess Named Copper Council BSA President
Glenn Burgess a former Reserve and Silver High instructor was named president of the Copper Council Boy Scouts of America at the Safford Arizona annual meeting. He has served as council commissioner and helped include Grant and Hidalgo counties into the Geronimo District.
