The China Mines Division of Kennecott Copper Corp will honor 1144 employees and their wives at annual 20 30 40 Year Service Awards Banquets on Friday and Saturday evenings at the Holiday Inn. Seventy employees from the mine and staff departments receive awards Friday, reduction plant honored Saturday. Pins and certificates will be presented.

Johnson Sends 1966 Budget Request Amid Vietnam Spending Rise

Silver City Man Fined In Shooting Incident Here
George C. Moseley, 28, of Silver City, was arraigned in City Magistrate's Court on a complaint by the Silver City Police Department signed by Chief Thomas Ryan. He pled guilty to firing a shotgun near workmen blasting with dynamite in a ditch near Royall Drive and was fined $75 by Magistrate U L Conner. The workers declined to press charges. Incident occurred about 1033 this morning.
