Montes survived by wife Dionicia of Silver City, four sons Ignacio and Jimmy of Los Angeles, Henry of Mesa, Willie of Silver City. six daughters Cruz Ponce, Camilo Castrillo, Manuel Lucero, Tony Delgado, Manuel Pena, Larry Pacheco, Johnny Esqueda, Willie Gonzales, Bernada Rael. one sister Rosalia Mantoya. 33 grandchildren.
