Deputies Arrest Two Alleged Kidnappers
Deputies captured two suspects, Bobby J. High and Gary L. Adams, on Hudson Street at 10 a.m. for kidnapping and near fatal stabbing charges from Cowley County. Becky Lynn Morris, missing since the Dec incident, was recovered unharmed. Adams was briefly married to the victim. The suspects were armed, surprised during arrest, and the weapon, a bloodied knife, was recovered from their car. Morris is to return to Kansas soon.
