The Du Pont synthetic rubber plant in Louisville suffered a series of 26 explosions and fires. Eleven workers remain missing as rescue crews, held back for safety, observe precautionary evacuations and a refugee center operates at a nearby school. At least 38 injured with one in critical condition.
