B and PW Club Names Scholarship Recipient
The July B and PW meeting at Gertrude VonKuster home elected Sylvia Villegas as the annual scholarship recipient. Members approved a Young Career Woman candidacy note and a state bylaw hike from 3 to 5 dollars, with local dues unaffected. Della Burk was named chair of Woman of the Year committee.

Ines Flores 82 dies after noon at Hillcrest Hospital
Ines Flores of Dona Ana New Mexico aged 82 died Monday afternoon at Hillcrest Hospital in Grant County where she had lived 73 years. She is survived by three sisters, three nieces, seven nephews and 29 great nieces and nephews. Rosary Wednesday 7 30 p m at Curtis Bright Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass Thursday 9 30 a m at St Vincent de Paul Church conducted by Monsignor Milano. Interment in Catholic Cemetery.
