April 2 1971 L E Wilkin son and E E Johnson of Mule Creek New Mexico filed for a permit to drill a supplemental well in the Giia San Francisco Underground Water Basin to support well GSF 479 in Section 26 Township 14 South Range 20 West. The application lists irrigation and domestic use with a combined limit not to exceed 29 acre feet per acre over 10 years and 4.4 acre feet per acre per year, with total water not to exceed the existing decree. Protests must be filed in triplicate with State Engineer within ten days after publication.
