Timber Firm Pleads Guilty in Texas Labor Case
Temple Industries Inc pleaded guilty to a federal information and was fined 1000 dollars in Tyler court. Ten cases were admitted before U S District Court Judge William Wayne Justice, with nine complaints dismissed. The violations involved drivers at the Diboll installation working overtime without proper recording.
