Gulf States Refiles Commercial Electric Rates Across Texas
Gulf States Utilities filed revised commercial and industrial electric rates effective for meter readings on or after Oct 1 in its Texas service area. The overall Texas rate reduction is about 7.89 percent for the roughly 18 000 customers, with most seeing a bill decrease and none an increase.
