Infant deaths in Texas have fallen over 71 per thousand since 1936 to under 30 per thousand today. Maternal and stillbirth rates have dropped from 6.9 per thousand to under 0.5 this year as health standards rise statewide. The mental health division promotes prevention through four levels, operates clinics, and provides guidance with funds. Texas hunters mailed sample questionnaire on duck season
About 4500 Texas waterfowl hunters received a questionnaire to record their luck during the duck and goose season.
