Mrs Anne Kasuba 81 of Silsbee formerly of Youngstown Ohio died of a heart attack at 2 30 am Friday in St Francis Hospital Miami Beach Florida while visiting a daughter Services were held Monday at Waschuk Funeral Home St Anne Byzantine Catholic Church She was born Nov 15 1895 in the Ukraine daughter of Peter and Mary Gulick and came to Youngstown in 1915 from Europe later moving to Texas in retirement from the tavern business in 1972 She owned Buckeye Bar on Mahoning Ave Youngstown She was a member of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Church and the Ukrainian National Association Lodge 230 Survived by five daughters including Mrs Helen Barefield of Silsbee
