District 20 will get about 10 million for right of way and construction, Hardin County work totals 75 thousand for 1.1 miles. Projects include US 91 West Lane overpass 0.8 mile cost 40 thousand, US 96 0.38 mile cost 5 thousand, and US 69 south of FM 1103 Biden Street lane work cost 3040. The program shares right of way costs 50 40 with local governments on selected routes.
