Dickinson murder trial sanity motion filed in 88th Court
A. L. Bevil, attorney for Gordon B. Dickinson, moved in 88th district court on Wednesday for a new trial on the verdict declaring him insane at trial. The motion asserts Dickinson was not then sane or as ill as to require hospital care, asking judgment declaring him sane now and then. A sanity hearing is set for 9 a.m. Friday in Judge H. A.
