The South Central Institute on Rehabilitation Services will be held at the Texas Hotel in Fort Worth starting Monday July 29 for four days. Mrs Thelma Smith of Silsbee will attend as area representative of the Texas Society with participation by state vocational rehabilitation and special education leaders from Arkansas Louisiana New Mexico Oklahoma and Texas.
