Silsbee Graduates Share Lamar Summer Degrees
From Silsbee twelve residents earned Lamar University degrees in the 23rd Summer Commencement held August 16 at Cardinal Stadium. Charles Robert Lewis joined eight with highest honors, posting a 3.822 GPA. Evadale grads Wilburn Francis McDaniel and Leno re Stewart Harris also earned degrees. 537 candidates nationwide were recognized across bachelor masters and associate programs with 70 certificates issued.
