The 4161st United States Army Reserve School begins its 26th academic year on September 1 at the Army Reserve Training Center in Beaumont. Commandant Col Nathan Swerdlow invites area Reserve and National Guard officers to enroll in basic and advanced courses to aid promotion and future duties. Courses include Branch Officer Basic, Branch Officer Advanced, Command and General Staff College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
