Sidney King led Church of Christ service as Vacation Bible School continued at Church of God with Mrs. Wilburn Kervin directing. A large reunion barbecue hosted 56 relatives by Mr. and Mrs. Sumrall. Several local and extended families visited, traveled, or stayed with kin, and a two-vehicle wreck on Highway 146 caused damage but no injuries.
