Act on Publication of Articles of Incorporation 1901 Territory
The act requires corporations to publish a certified copy of their articles of incorporation within thirty days of filing with the Secretary of the Territory. It designates newspapers in the principal county, with foreign corporations publishing where the agent resides, and requires a sworn certificate of publication. Fines apply for noncompliance, and the articles may be vacated and the corporation barred from operating. The measure takes effect after passage. Approved March 21, 1901.
