Grand Jury Report to Judge Parker and District Court
The Grand Jury reports daily work from 9 to 12 and 2 to 6, examined 16 witnesses, and returned one murder indictment plus five others. It commends county offices including the Probate Clerk, Sheriff, County Assessor, and Treasurer, notes the School Superintendent lacks records, and condemns the county jail as unfit and recommends a new jail. It thanks Judge Frank W. Parker and notes continuation on page 2.
