Litton Murder Case Dominates District Court Proceedings
District court convened with Judge Pirker and local officials, scheduling the Litton murder trial. Foreman Procopio Torres led the grand jury as Waddell and Alexander represented Litton, who faced first degree murder after a true bill was returned. Witnesses Beard and Stidham testified as proceedings continued into Tuesday evening.
