History of Hermosa mining era opens with Palomas Chief efforts
In October 1895 Richard Mansfield White presents the history of Hermosa New Mexico. The Palomas Chief and related claims show early 1882 activity, White's 1883 reestablishment, and the long nine period with relocations, road building, and justice against theft and raids. Mining district growth continues with Antelope hill and Palomas Chief production.
