Democratic County Convention Chooses Miller as Chair and Delegates

In Toledo Lucas County Ohio the Democratic County Convention met at the Court House to elect delegates to the Territorial Las Vegas convention. D S Miller was chosen chair with R A Nickle secretary. Resolutions backed free coinage of silver, progressive taxation, and support for W S Hopewell for Chicago delegate. Delegates named Elliott Miller Parker elected, with strong pro silver stance and party unity proclaimed.

Frog misidentification On Hermosa road may affect elections
