Sea water as cure proposed by French investigators
Paris reports M Quinton and Robert Simon advancing sea water as a medical center for living beings. After refining sea water to seven per thousand salinity and injecting under the skin, 15 of 18 tuberculosis patients improved, with weight gains up to 53 grams daily, appetite and sleep restored, and bacilli reduced in saliva. Results cited from trials and compared to earlier studies, urging cautious optimism and broader testing.

Harrisburg, Pa. The board of state game commissioners plans to establish several state game preserves on land owned by the state forestry department. The preserves will be enclosed by a single three foot high wire fence. Hunting will be prohibited within these areas at all times and wardens will enforce the rule. A 96000 appropriation from the last legislature funds the project and sites will be chosen by Treasurer Frank G. Harris W Heyward Myers and Secretary Joseph Kalbfus of the state game commission.
