Body found in Snake river later identified as Thomas Ayers
The 11th or 12th of the month near Hagerman and Minidoka a drowned man was recovered from Snake river by Wm H Ebberts and identified as Thomas Jasper Ayers aged 23 by Roy Vader and others. An inquest presided by Acting Coroner Myron J Durfee found Ayers drowned after leaving a boat to visit his wife and children. Ayers leaves a wife two children and Ohio relatives. burial occurred at Odd Fellows cemetery. An advertisement for Electric Bitters accompanies the report.

Tragic Accident Claims Life of Wm Earl Kelly
A duck hunt ended in tragedy near Gooding Idaho when ten year old Wm Earl Kelly was fatally shot by a .22 rifle while crawling beneath a fence. Despite Dr Baugh's rushed efforts, the bullet damaged his abdomen and he died at 2:30 Wednesday morning. The funeral was held at the family residence Thursday afternoon with quarantine restricting services.
