Dietrich tract to open under Carey Act near Shoshone

The State Land Board will open 50 000 acres east of Shoshone for entry under the Carey Act with a June 1 to June 7 registration period and a blind drawing. Deposits vary by filing size from 131 50 to 521 50, with receipts numbered for the drawing. The Dietrich Segregation lies six by twelve miles, near the new townsite of Dietrich, and irrigation work by Idaho Irrigation Co. is underway for delivery in April 1910.

Celebrate Fourth and Fifth Shoshone Celebration a Tremendous Affair
