Twin Falls North Side firm rents rooms east of Custer’s meat market and plans a county seat branch, a boost for Shoshone. W. D. Garlock of Twin Falls will locate a top real estate office nearby, signaling expansion to the West. B. F. Bradley buys W. L. Reynolds’ shoe shop and moves it between the Columbia hotel and McMahon’s.
Salt Lake business leaders plan a 100 strong Idaho swing touring Montpelier Rexburg Idaho Falls and Boise among towns from June 2 to 18. They aim to strengthen Utah Idaho trade links, enjoy town freedoms, with no formal program in Hailey and note personnel changes at Hailey's bank and summer trips.
Idaho Irrigation Company signs a contract with the state to open 40 821 acres of Carey Act lands. A new town of Alberta will be opened at the same time, marking a major development in Lincoln County.
The Idaho Irrigation Company and State Land Board plan to open 40 821 acres of Carey act lands east of the Big Wood River reaching Hailey line tracks. The project includes a 200 000 acre foot reservoir fed by the Big Wood and Malad rivers with expected water to mid July.
